No chance - wenger wont walk if we get battered 14-0. I'm going for 3-2 suprise win. Adebayor to score twice for the spuds (there's no way koscielney can handle his height/power) . Van persie hatrick.
i love you too arsenal 87,kissy.kissy.it's a match thread for Supporters to put there comment's which ever of the team's they Support
Will be a close match - as has been the trend recently, it'll be incredibly open. Good news for us is that VdV and Modric look set to be fit as does Ade. Reckon we could have most of our first XI available Going for a close Spurs win (2-1 or something) or a draw (1-1).
I think you're right about that. Spurs aren't going to sit back and Arsenal will be out to prove a point. Both teams will be looking for a win. I'm not sure it's going to be a game that is particularly representative of either team's form really.
It rarely is. With regard to defences - Arsenal have struggled lately to defend properly and Tottenham will push forward exposing their own defence in the process (possibly - depends if Parker sits back and whether or not Sandro is involved in the game). Could be a 9-9 draw
This game the our final. Sunday's a great day of footie! You reckon you lot will win? Very tough call.
Still not up for this game Arsenal87 ? HotHead and Jayram are looking for a ticket - you said you would sell yours.
Not up for the game either...... Turned yellow, willing to sell mine for the price of a the cheapest arsenal seat! Any takers?
We seem to be out to prove a point regularly at the moment - as we've played **** so often. So far, I dont think we're really doing a good job of proving anything though - except that the team has no character, and that our manager is tactically inept.
This team goes into the weekend's match as the underdogs for the first time in years. They could however draw inspiration from GG's side that went to Anfield on that Friday evening in May 1989 and against all odds, won. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liverpool_0–2_Arsenal_(26_May_1989) There is quite a difference in both sides though.
We have a good home record. They have struggled away somewhat. I think we will be ok. We were very complacent in this fixture last season (and the reverse at WHL) and allowed them back into the game after going 2-0 up. I hope and believe we won't make the same mistake this time. A draw could be on the cards, which is not a bad result although a win is needed at this time.
