Finishing top 4 should be a means to an end. Wenger has not used CL money to build a title winning squad or do anything of significance in the actual CL itself so what 'end' is there that finishing top 4 had helped us with? If top 4 just becomes the 'end' itself then why be impressed by it? All he's doing is using CL qualification money to help him qualify for the CL again. Circular and ultimately pointless.
