I don't like Hughes because he is an ex-Man Utd Fergie arse licking Arsenal hater. Which makes him a **** in my book
Well that didn't happen. Lambast our park standard winger, lead-footed striker, petulant centre-half and dour manager if you must but to suggest we are a dirty team on today's performance is just conforming to the Arsenal stereotype. Two yellow cards, one of which was for dissent and the other for a tackle that looked perfectly clean from my imperfect vantage point does not make a dirty side. Giroud's foul was comfortably the worst of a mostly tame game.
Indeed he was, as was the dozy ****ing linesman who failed to spot that Arteta was two yards offside for the goal!!
The ref was indeed a muppet, Granero was only cautioned once despite putting in four blatant fouls. **** knows how he stayed on the pitch. QPR should have been down to ten men much earlier then they actually were.
Wilshere looked fantastic today, i thought it would take him a few weeks to get into the swing of things but he just oozes class. Does anyone know how long diaby is out for? because when we get him and wilshere back to full fitness we will definately be back to our best, our problems started when diaby got injured and we missed the legs and the ability to drive with the ball in the middle and commit defenders but today i saw jack taking the game by the scruff of the neck and make things happen. I think he should definately start vs man utd next week and it was vital for us to get the in 2day. Also good to see sagna back.
So, It's Chelsea vs Man Utd tomorrow, who do we see winning that? RVP loves Stamford Bridge and I can actually see United winning this.
Only two yellow cards but it must have been more. The referee was very soft on QPR today for late challenges that could have injured players.
I was just thinking about something Jack mentioned in his interview about the last time he played for the first team, the midfield and attack back then was Song,Wilshere,Fabregas,Walcott,RVP and Nasri. Four of those have left and Theo is on the final year of his contract. That is unreal.
Wenger was very gracious in defeat to both Norwich and Shalke, I even remember him smiling at Chris Hughton at the end of the match when they shaked hands, he knew we were well beaten, and that that was a big victory for Norwich.
You know I'd prefer a draw, but a United win wouldn't be so bad as it would put an end to Chelsea's impressive start and unbeaten run to the season, they need a derailment.
Absolute rubbish. He gave you two incredibly soft free kicks around the box in the second half for challenges that took a very large chunk of the ball. Not every foul needs to result in a yellow card and we only committed nine in the entire game (according to the beeb).
