Gervinho was excellent today. Wish Cazorla had converted his pass, it was an excellent turn by Gervinho.

It felt like Gervinho was all alone in a couple of situations though. I will repeat again that Podolski is sitting a bit too deep to be of use up front.

Mancini's been overcome with tinker-itis. It's a disease that forces normally rational managers to make strange personnel calls and strategic decisions that leave you shaking your head in disbelief.

Mancini has never been good in Europe. For some reason he always struggles. Also switching formation every other game is hardly helping them. Oh and Rodwell is utter **** and should not be playing anywhere near this sort of level.

I noticed that Roy was at the Emirates tonight, the mighty Glenn Johnson is suspended, so a possible call up for Jenkinson?

Before the game I said I don't think OXO deserves to start because he's been playing poor so far this season, and he just proved my right, that was another poor display from him, and it's not really the end of the world he's still young. But having said that, Wenger should stop constantly playing him ahead of Walcott or Giroud, give those 2 a chance, because OXO is not meriting his starts on the pitch ATM.

He's earnt it. He's playing far better than Johnson and Walker this season.

Jenkinson should simply concentrate on club football for now, which is what he himself has said he's doing, he's only 19, so international career can still wait, and the way the England set up is, he probably won't get ahead the likes of Johnson and Walker, not because he's inferior to them, but the England set up is usually based on stupid BS most of time, rather than actual on field performances.

Ir would be a shame if he got called up though, it is nice having the best Finnish football player in the world. When he becomes english, we won't have that novelty any more.

And what was that about Arsenal hurting England? Well look now you silly ****ers: Jenkinson, Gibbs, Walcott, OXO, and Wilshere, the future of this England team, and not only will these players benefit England, they will bring the needed technical skill and flare England have been dying for, that European continental type technical skill pass pass football rather than the rigid rubbish we've come accustomed to when watching England.

If gets picked by England, then I doubt he will much game time as Arsenal87 pointed out. Also to add to that, Richard,Jones and Smalling also play at RB for England. If he picks Finland, then he will play every single game for them and that does not help us.

He'll choose England. He'll also get ahead of Jones, Smalling etc. at RB as he's a full-on RB, rather than a CB pretending. He'd be up against Richards & Walker long-term. Johnson needs to be out of the England setup imo, he's not great at all. I'd much rather Richards (who is also possibly an out of position CB, but is an effective RB) or Walker. Jenks has his work cut out to displace those two, but he's a good player, and improving vastly already this season, and I reckon he could be first choice for England within a couple of years.
