Sadly i agree with your statement but we might go down. The problem is it all depends on strikers that are not proven, and to be honest apart from ranger i can do better then the rest
i think youll have enough to stay up, you're too far ahead of the rest at this stage. as long as you get a decent replacement for carroll in the summer and strengthen other areas with the 35 m you should be fine for next season too
I think/hope you'll be alright. Yes, you are lacking fire-power upfront, but newcastle definately have players further back who will take the game by the scruff of the neck when need be, sometimes quite literally lol , hopefully you'll be alright and hopefully you can spend your dosh in the summer Weirdly, i feel Pardew will enable you to cope better without Carroll then Houghton would have.
