If it makes anyone feel any better only Sunderland have scored so far in the 3pm fixtures lol Vardy missed an incredible chance to score, hitting the post when clean on goal. As to our performance, we started brightly and I thought we would get an early goal or two, we got loads of space down the wings and I expected us to be constantly in behind but we seemed to slow down more and more while Newcastle grew and grew into the game. Not good enough so far, we need to close down the midfield space, bring in Campbell for oxo to add more fight, he'll close down infield as well as giving cover on the wing while oxo seems to fail defensively all the time. Ramsey and flamini need to get that midfield space under control and we need to close better as a team rather than as individuals. I feel a bit sorry for oxo as the ref has probably frustrated him, he's been called up for everything (though was probably lucky not to get booked) and has had to ride some strong challenges and fouls without anything being given. That said he needs to do much better, he has had one moment where he showed some end product today putting Giroud through, but otherwise fails to deliver.
Ramsey has had a couple of fantastic seasons... ...Jack Wilshere is a great player who (if he remains fit) will be a top player for years

What is wrong with us? Instead of stamping our authority on the game, we've gone missing. They really need to get their finger out and pick up the performance. Maybe a couple of subs need to be brought in to freshen them up!

I said after our Southampton game that our annual collapse had been pushed forward. Such a weak mentality this team has shown. With all due respect, we should be winning this game comfortably at home if we want to win the league.
Wenger really needs to be quicker with his subs. If a player isn't doing his job then bring on another player, but he also bloody waits until the 65th/70th minute. Sometimes he needs to be more proactive when the team isn't functioning properly.
Referee has made some dubious decisions but the players have brought this upon themselves. We have been **** and put ourselves under constant pressure.
