Liverpool are on a good run, full of confidence. We played them at a bad time but I'm fully confident they don't have the consistency to maintain it. Been impressed with Gerrard though. As his pace goes he has re-invented himself as a defensive mid/deep lying playmaker.
Congratulations on your win, lads. I thought we played fairly well and were a touch unlucky not to have gotten a replay at Anfield. However, you were more clinical when it counted and your keeper played a blinder. If Everton get knocked out, I'll be hoping you win it.
