Always had a weakness for male nurses, but in a comedic sense. They're just so pathetic, it's like "i failed in my aims to be a doctor, so here i am, Mr. Nursey McNurse"
Trip update Breakfast eaten, coffee drunk, medication taken and first *** smoked. I'm getting picked up at 8-50,we'll be travelling along the A55,A494,M56,M6,M1,A1.We'll turn off the A1(Holloway Road) onto Hornsey Road where we'll park the bus.
Your lucky the game is today and not yesterday - yesterday half those roads had accidents on them and where not moving! Terrible traffic recently, hope you've left plenty of time
I think we should play Rosicky on the right, have Wilshere to come on off the bench. I'd also have Park over Bendtner on the bench and definately a place for Ryo as an option to exploit his pace late in the game against tired defenders (like Walcott used to do early in his career).
-------Sczc------- Sagna--Mert-Kosc--Gibbs ----Arteta----Ramsey--- Rosicky-----Ozil-----Cazorla ------------Giroud-------- Subs: Flappy/Vivi, Verm, Jenk, Monreal, Wilshere, Ryo, Park Assuming Sagna is fit again, but if not then Jenkinson to fill in and someone else to make the bench.
I drove Oxford to Glasgow via Shirley & Sheffield yesterday. Set off at 1530, arrived at 0215. So many roadworks & closed roads & accidents, absolutely ridiculous.
Hi guys. I am hoping for a good game with lots of goals. I think that both our defences have looked a little shaky this season so it does set it up to be pretty open. My prediction is 2-2 but could easily be 3-2 to either side. Fingers crossed its not a bad tempered affair.
If Sagna is back and we are playing a back 5 of: ---------Sczc--------- Sagna--Mert-Kosc--Gibbs then i'm confident we will be quite solid at the back. Fortunately for you lot Flamini is out who has completely protected the back 4 and clears up everything, so you will get chances, especially with Suarez on form. And with Cazorla and Ozil playing we are bound to have opportunities to score. It'll be interesting to see how the two teams approach this game. Hoping for an open high scoring game but think we may end up with a close 2-1.
Our bench is lite on options with no Flamini, Podolski, Oxocube, Walcott, Gnabry!! And after Bendtners rubbish when started the other day i think he needs to not be in the match squad to give him a kick up the arse. He gets complacent far too easily and needs to know he has to fight to even make the bench.
Shame we are missing the Flam. We look soo much better with a real DM. We have to focus on a high tempo passing game. Retain possession, and win the ball back high up the pitch.
We also need to pass quicker in the final third. Against Chelsea in midweek, we had decent possession but we slowed the game down to the point where Chelsea could regroup. It doesn't matter if it doesn't always come off, but I think we need to be moving the ball quicker and turning the Liverpool defence around to face their own goal by putting balls over the top and through for the forwards to run onto. Pool defence isn't that good and we need to make them work hard, not sit in front of them and allow them to park the bus.
Where did you hear that fella ? It wouldn't surprise me to be honest, he hasn't been fully fit for months and he always looks like he's going to pick up an injury.
If he's out it leaves our bench very thin, he would have been our main option to try and change things about.
Was on goal.com. I think it's a fake rumour, but I don't think he will start today. On the bench maybe.
http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896...-to-miss-liverpool-clash-with-recurrent-ankle Might be better to rest him so that we can use him for the Dortmund and Utd games - maybe Rosicky would be better to start in this game anyway ?
We could really do with Suarez pulling up with a groin strain or something in the warm up today ......
I would start with Rosicky either way. But Wilshere will be missed on the bench later on in this game. Ryo may get an opportunity to play today.
