Trossard has had some good moments today, however, this has been another inconsistent performance and his decision-making when he's had time to think leaves a lot to be desired. We need a better option who can play on that left-hand side.

Timber's been really solid defensively when we've needed him today.

Rice has come off for Partey. Again, not a change I would have made because Rice has been so important to us defensively today and would have helped us to retain possession during the dying moments.

Can't believe how stressful we've made what should have been a straightforward win. Really leaves a lot to be desired. And can't even say it's down to Saka's absence because we were playing like this against Everton and Fulham too when Saka was there.

    FT. 1-0.

Positives: 3 points, clean sheet and up to 2nd.

    Negatives: Pretty much everything else.

Well, Lewis-Skelly was fantastic, as was Timber, and Rice in the second half was superb. Havertz was decent too. Everyone else was very, very average.

Performing in that way against one of the relegation favourites does not give me much confidence going into Brentford and Brighton away. Need to play much, much better than that.

Looking at Liverpool's display yesterday against Leicester and ours today against Ipswich, it's like night and day.

For me, it's a foregone conclusion anyway, but geniunely, I've seen nothing from this team that suggests we can win the league.

This sounds great on paper, but we've got nothing to show for it. We really need to be winning silverware with this group of players.
