Good run out for the team today. Entertaining to watch as well - glad my ESPN subscription doesnt end until 31st July! Was pleased to see some of the younger players in action - i'm not as convinced by Akpom as the rest of you but good signs from all our youngsters today. Glad to see our first team strikers all getting goals as well. I'm sure we are in the market for a marque signing in the striker department but Arsenal have always had good depth up top and we are starting to get that again. I'm wondering if Wenger is tryign to decide if Miquel is good enough to be our 4th choice CB this season? He gave him a full game and i think these next few games could decide what we do at the back. Do you guys think Miquel is ready? I quite like him as a player, he is big and could be a good mertesacker style CB to step in when needed, allowing TV, Kosc and Mert to get plenty of game time without a new CB vying for first team time. I'm very much looking forward to seeing how our youngsters do over the next few games and hopefully we will get a better idea of which players are going to be pushing for games in the cup competitions. I'm pleased the games are televised as well, it's good exposure for the club all around the world. No injuries, good run about for fitness levels (especially because of the temperatures) and a 7-0 win with goals spread about for good morale. Good day for the club.
That through ball from Zelalem to Akpom was ****ing sexual. I know it was against a pub team but it was still impressive to see him have that sort of vision and then execute the pass perfectly.
I reckon whoever that person is, is the same **** who pretended to be me on BBC 606, JA 606, Twitter, that forum with all the Wolves posters, Sportingwitness and I'm pretty sure I saw a fake account of me on here, too. It wasn't me.
Well you weren't here on the match fred. And he has the same username and the same opinion. But I'll take your word for it. We have had problems with pretenders in the past.
We got Napoli, Galatasaray, and City all coming up in friendlies, so we will be facing some good sides.
After that we play Nagoya Grampus and Urawa Red Diamonds, the latter of the 2 are quite decent and will give us a test for sure.
Don't forget these far-eastern trips are quite new for us.It's not that long ago that our pre-season was having a training camp in Austria and our friendlies were against Austrian 3rd division teams
F***g experts... just check this photo: http://www.givemesport.com/359601-arsene-wenger-gives-backing-to-giroud?
Looking at it,the site seems to be something set up by Facebook and the people writing for it are Facebook members not journalists
I am reliably informed by my wife that Jenks is considerably uglier than Giroud. Our French striker is apparently "A hottie".
