Everyone except Utd fans last season was saying Fergus was working miracles with an average squad, even they can't deny it now
Looking for that ****ty and has-been Fulham team to get something from the Spuds was always going to be tough.
As it stands we are 12 points clear of Utd and Southampton, 11 clear of Newcastle, 10 ahead of spurs, 7 ahead of Everton (big game at the weekend) and Liverpool,6 clear of City and 4 ahead of Chelsea. We play 3 of the 4 teams chasing us in our next 3 league fixtures. I said that we will know how strong our title chances are after the Chelsea game and that looks even more likely with the way the league is shaping up. After these 3 games we have played all the top teams and if we are still top i'll be getting excited.
manure are 12 off the top but only 14 off the bottom !!! cumon bottom 3 you can catch them !! 1 Arsenal 14 19 34 2 Chelsea 14 14 30 3 Man City 14 27 28 4 Liverpool 14 13 27 5 Everton 14 9 27 6 Tottenham 14 -2 24 7 Newcastle 14 -2 23 8 Southpton 14 5 22 9 Man Utd 14 4 22 10 Aston Villa 14 0 19 11 Swansea 14 1 18 12 Hull 14 -6 17 13 West Brom 14 -3 15 14 Stoke 14 -6 14 15 Cardiff 14 -9 14 16 Norwich 14 -16 14 17 West Ham 14 -3 13 18 Fulham 14 -14 10 19 CPalace 14 -14 10 20 Sunderland 14 -17 8
I've never seen a less motivated team than Fulham this season. Surely the year they finally **** off back to the championship and I don't think we'll see them back any time soon
Way too many old players in that team. Not surprised to seem them not last the pace against Spurs in this game.
Looking at Everton, one could make the argument that they have UPGRADED by getting rid of Moyes, first time they win at OT in the first season without him, and they really look stronger than ever, maybe it was a good thing for them to have finally parted ways with Moyes.
Despite how awful they've been the spurds are still only 3 points off 4th, shows how important those 2 dodgy penalties were
