http://www.arsenalnews.co.uk/emmanu...l-after-seven-months-out-injured/link/657158/ Frimpong will be involved tomorrow.
Theos hardly played so think putting him in is a good idea. Give him the chance as striker that he wants. Other than that we dont want to play Diaby too much with his injury record, it would be a risk imo so I would go with Szcz if hes fit to give him game time Santos Djourou Miquel Yennaris Coq Wilshere (had to go for one surprise and he is training with a ball already so why not give him 45mins?) Gnarbry Arshavin Walcott Eisfeld
Their fans are a complete joke and a disgrace. First: They barely filled half their stadium, only about 20k for League Cup game against a fellow Premier League team. In contrast, we will have 60.000 against Coventry tomorrow evening. Second: They were chanting "Let him die" referring to Petrov. Classless bunch.
Their Champions League game has gone on general sale and isn't even sold out yet, you'd think that their fans who supposedly care so much about getting into Europe would be able to easily sell out 40k seats for the Champions League. Fact is, money can't change things, money can't install real dedicated passion into fans, the same even applies to Chelsea who have another bunch of very sh!t fans.
Top be fair, I always thought City had a decent set of supporters. But this was back in the day when they were playing second fiddle to most of the league. Since the sugar daddy cash came in, they've attracted more than their fair share of Jonny come lately's and plastics.
If the chanting is true, I'm disgusted but not shocked. Football sadly still attracts the knuckle dragging low IQ inbred clowns, who have very few places to vent their Neanderthal ways in today's Britain.
Wenger has said Arshavin & Santos will play, and Frimpong will be on the bench. I don't think Chesney will be fit for this will he? And if rumours are true that he's resting everyone from the weekend then that gives limited options!! The back-line looks set, other than the GK: Mannone Yennaris Djourou Miguel Santos Midfield will be: Coquelin Arshavin And one other. The forward line looks set to include: Theo Giroud And another. I'd assume in midfield it will be Ox or Eisfeld, and at the front it'll be Ox or Gnabry. At least, they'd be my choices. I'd also take a strong bench to ensure the tie gets won.
No chance I'm afraid. Rumours were he'd start with a behind-closed-doors friendly and be eased in very slowly. After such a long time out and so many setbacks I think Arsenal will be super-duper careful with him. I wouldn't expect first team for a good few weeks - possibly his first start will be Oct 31st in the next round of the Cup if Arsenal progress.
