We just won 6-0! Yeh it was only against Wolves but Torres scored so hopefully confidence will be high and the whole team will be feeling good for the game on Saturday... A good result for us today

Why not enjoy a drink with the home fans as well. It's not Millwall, WHU or Spurs you're playing. Reading between the lines this seems to be a Premiership fixture where the respective fans respect each other in the main!

My moneys on Chelsea only because i think they will opt for a counter attacking style which works will against Arsenal if you have a good enough defence in place to deal with there attack. Arsenal will have more possesion though.

Arsenal will win this game. Should be about 3-0 to Arsenal.

Agreed. It should be fine as long as none of the blue 'tards that post on here introduce themselves :p

Hey I really don't mind Arsenal fans at all! Although there is a rivalry between the two it isn't as bad as say Spurs v Arsenal or Spurs v Chelsea etc. I think we both have respect for each other tbh and if Chelsea were never going to win the league, then I would want you lot to beat the Manchester clubs hands down. That said I'm in block 23 which is right next to the home fans behind that goal (I think!). I'm 5 rows up from the pitch and looking forward to some good banter with your fans :)

Terry could miss the Arsenal game as he has been banned for four games. I doubt he will appeal. I don't think this will affect Chelsea too much, they have Luiz and Cahill as their CBs.

Terry's ban doesn't start for 14 days due to the appeal dates.
I think the match will be dependant on how arsenals new defensive strength cope with Chelsea's attacking midfielders.

    I've gone for a 1-1 draw.

Oh, my mistake. I knew that couldn't be right. Some 'tabloid' said it would begin with immediate effect unless he appealed. <doh>

IMO opinion Chelsea will go for the defensive game. I'm not happy about johns ban as it means the team will play fired up. I expect Di Mateo to give the traditional they are out to get us motivational talk before the game. If our midfield play to their full ability then we should nick it. Be interesting to see how they cope without Drogba breaking against us as so many have mentioned. IMO Ramirez is the one who will score against us if they get a goal.

He will play against you guys imo and I wonder what the bookies have him on scoring the winner, and Cahill is a good defender but Ive never got the hype with Luiz in fairness. Does anyone know if Terry appeals and that fails does he get an extended ban

Terry is banned, back in the day i'd be happy with that, but he's not the same John Terry anymore, so I don't really think he will make a major difference for them, on or off the pitch.

Terry is available for the Arsenal game no matter what. Unfortunately tbh

Also did you know we haven't beaten you in the league without Drogba for 17 years <yikes>

Still can't decide who I'd play up front.
But at some stage of the game I'd like to see Podolski in the middle with Cazorla left and Walcott right.
I also think Oxo should feature in this game.
It's good to have some options <ok>

Oxo was taken off against Coventry. So I think he will be involved, but for me, Ramsey deserves another start after his performance. We could drop Gervinho for Oxo and play Podolski through the middle.

To me, of the 2 teams Arsenal look to have gelled the quicker, I suppose that's due to the fact Wenger is the better manager and has deconstructed and built many a team before.

Arsenal have the stronger midfield and are at home but I don't think it will be as one sided as they may think in that area.

For me, Arsenal have the better attack but we have the better defence. If we soak up the pressure and just counter attack I can't see how we won't walk away with at least a draw. My fear is that due to being under pressure by those higher up (inc RA) to play this attractive attacking football we will sucuumb to theirs and the media's wishes and just go gung-ho ala AVB it's an easy win for Arsenal. Cazorla will just pick us off with through balls into Podolski.

We need to play with Cahill and Terry who tend not to leave as big a gaps as Luiz and Terry/Cahill when at the back. If Luiz starts and Ramires plays right wide I have no doubt Arsenal will win and it would appear RDM has learnt nothing.

I see any result but a Chelsea win but only a goal in it. It certainly won't be a 2 goal margin to either side, we're talking about a derby here and 2 unbeaten sides with the 2 best defences thus far in the league.

May be 1-0 either way or a 1-1. I'm on the fence <laugh>
