Giroud has been good in more games than he has been bad, so i don't know why people refer to it as his "usual" ineffective self. There aren't that many strikers out there who have scored 10 yet this season and he adds a lot with his overall game. Granted he has had a couple of crap games, mainly imo down to him being overplayed and getting no rest (he has looked dead on his legs in a couple of games recently). But overall he is having a good season. I'd rather him than any of the 3 Chelsea have to pick from today.
less league goals than Sturridge ? and 2 more than the fantastic Wellbeck Yeah hes real quality . Just because hes wearing the Arsenal shirt , it shouldnt make you blind to the fact that he is sub standard and NOT up to the job . But hey ho , if your happy with him , good for you .
You better get cracking porky. KO in less than half and hour. Or are you one of those Pikeys who live above the chip shop ?
Sturridge is having a good season (although all he has done is score, all round he doesnt have a patch on Giroud) and still only has 1 goal more than Giroud (2 more in the league as Giroud has had goals in europe to help get us through the group of death). So 1 less goal against better opposition? I take Giroud all day long.
Good link here http://www.nutjob.eu/ss1tv.html If it goes down I'll keep adding ones that I find. Would be good if people can do likewise so that we can all enjoy the game
He has 4 more goals than Welbeck. He has the same amount of goals as Rooney and Van Persie this season (granted RVP has had injury issues). So i'm not sure that your rubbish analysis stands up
Agreed. I think Giroud is a quality player. Hasn't hit the heights i think he can yet, but he is having a solid season so far. He's never going to be considered one of the best in the world, but he is good enough to do a job for a top 4 team, hopefully a title winning team.
Mourinho happy that it's bad weather, he says he thinks it'll lower the quality of the football. He's also gone for a defensive team - going for a draw?
Even those stats (which are purely for the league and doesn't include any cup competitions) show that Giroud is in amongst all the other top strikers in the league expect Suarez and Aguero who are doing better than anyone. All the others are sitting at 7-8 league goals - RVP, Rooney, Giroud, Negredo, Sturridge, Lukaku
no sh1t ? thats what i said . are you blind , look at the list and show me where it says Sturridge is sitting at 7 goals ? you are hard work aint ya. ? Or are you hoping no one will notice this bollox |? "So i'm not sure that your rubbish analysis stands up " your analasis is just made up out of thin air it seems . i .e Sturridge has 7 coz i want him to only have 7
