Yep. Wenger playing favourites again. I did say a couple of pages back he makes 1 bad selection each week, and dropping per would be that one this week.
Yeah well it was a tactical change, Wenger perhaps thought Kos's pace Would be useful against this Chelsea side. (i can understand that)The problem is Kos lacks power and is poor in the air.
our midfield is letting us down. with diaby off the pitch, no one really plays alongside arteta, as both ramsey and cazorla like to play further forwards. plus most of our attacks end in crosses, and without giroud they are useless.
I think Wenger considers TV and Kos to be more mobiler than Per so played them as his preferred pairing against Chelsea.
This is painful to watch. Where has our Mojo gone? We're looking like last season's side, minus a star striker.
Its difficult to get going against a team when the ref favours them. Theyre getting away with tackles that are being given as fouls when similar ones are done against them. Gives them a clear advantage and makes it difficult for us to retain or win the ball. Doesnt take a huge difference in decisions to make a huge difference in the game.
