Not really. You made a correct prediction and you think that makes me a twat. It seems to me like someone has self-esteem issues, might want to talk to someone about that.
From the first 5 minutes of today's game, I knew we were not on it. Let's hope it was just one of those days. After six games, we have already faced Man City,Chelsea,Liverpool and Stoke away. It was not easy start, looking at those I would have settled for 10 points, we were one short.
No, you basically insinuated that i was stupid for predicting that the PL champions would overturn a deficit against lowly Fulham. That just shows stupidity on your part. I'm going to shut up now before you end up getting me banned.
Our next 3 games will really tell us more about Arsenal: West Ham - Away Norwich - Away QPR - Home If we can't get a minimum of 7 points from those 3 games, then we can well and truly know that this Arsenal side, while good, is really not at a higher level than previous Arsenal sides, and are far away from being true title contender materials. I hope we can get maximum points from all of those 3 games.
I think all 9 points should be the minimum aim. West ham are poor at the back, Norwich have just been annihilated by Liverpool, and QPR are bottom as it stands.
id be extremely disappointed if we don't get all 9 points. I can see us trashing Wset Ham and QPR, but making it difficult against Norwich but still beating them.
If Spurs beat United today, they go above us. Ouch. What a way to make a bad day worse. If they draw, they go level on points.
I think Wenger is missing a trick by not playing Pods down the middle. The guy is ice cold in front of goal. (unlike Gervinho or even Giroud). He may have gone a little quiet in the second half but I still think he would have put away one of those chances we created.
http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896.../wenger-diaby-is-facing-weeks-out-with-injury Diaby out for 3 weeks, same old story, those 3 weeks will probably turn into 3 months. I don't want to sound mean, but maybe it's time Diaby just hangs his boots up, his body just can't handle it, he's basically a Hagreaves. Diaby has been PLAGUED with injuries, EVEN BEFORE HE CAME TO ARSENAL, it was the same thing. I don't think he will ever be able to play at a consistent basis. If anything, I think we should offer him a pay as you play contract.
I think he's best suited as a wide midfielder and he could play as a super sub (he's been good when comingmoff the bench) but to each his own. Though the reason I went with Coq is to give Arteta more freedom in midfield with Coq being more defensive, allowing Arteta to roam forward more.
Have to agree. I still don't know why AW subs him off. Podolski is on of those guys who shouldplay the ENTIRE game.
It's West Ham next, so why not throw Frimpong in there? We all know he brings a physical aspect, and an Allardyce team will always be physical. If they want to rough us up, fine, we can do it back to them. Arteta seems to have developed a mean streak and gets stuck in a lot, put Frimpong next to him, and watch the yeloow cards fly.
