Saka almost scored an absolute banger then.

Oof. Unlucky from Saka. He hits a power strike that gets tipped onto the bar after a good save from Trafford.

Ugh if Trossard had left that Martinelli would have a goal.

Burnley starting to come into the game. Raya made a good save from Gudmunsson moments ago. Need to pick this up.

Havertz is playing like a scared little deer. He really needs to grow a pair.

Trossard! 1-0! Immense bravery from Trossard to go for that and he scores. Looked like he was in a great deal of pain with his shoulder but I think he’ll be ok. Right on the stroke of half time.

Let’s hope we kick on in the second half.

1-1. Burnley equalise. That looked like a foul on Tomiyasu there, but that was never going to get overruled.

2-1! Saliba from the corner! Delicious cross from Trossard and Saliba heads it home! Almost instant reply. Now please fix up!

Vieira on, Havertz off. The less said about Havertz today, the better. Another underwhelming display from the German.

3-1! Zinchenko! That’s a good finish from him. Scissor-kick, woah. Should be a game over now (you’d think).

Fabio Vieira with an utterly ridiculous challenge. Why did he have to go into that so high? Minimal contact with the Burnley player, but a stupid challenge and he’s got a straight red. Will be missing the next 3 games. Idiot.

Kiwior on for Martinelli. 6 additional minutes. Let’s hope we see this out.

    3-1. FT.

We made that more difficult than it needed to be, but a deserved victory against an awkward team. Nice to go into the international break with a victory, especially after the Spurs’ result earlier.

Some good displays from the usual suspects, some disappointing displays also from the usual suspects. Havertz’s performances are becoming a huge concern now. He’s not influencing enough games. We really need him to step up after the break, especially with the absences we have.

    Good result - Ok performance.

    Missing Odegaard though!

Thought Zinchenko was good today. Saliba absolutely immense.

    An ok display.
We looked less solid defensively than we have in previous games but we came through it.
Great that the spuds lost and City dropped points.
Not a bad weekend going into the international break.

The ref sending off Vieira was predictable as was the foul given against Saka that was almost identical to the one not given in our favour vs Newcastle.

This ref let Kovacic off for worse against us.
