Tbh, Gerv was always going to play (he should have been subbed at HT)
Rosicky should play more (Diaby should have been subbed instead of him), but Santi and Jack are ahead of him.

That's brilliant, lol, managed to put a smile on my face during these dark dark times. Unless your a member of the blinker brigade where everything is rosy, and even today's loss will be turned into a positive "well at least we now don't have a cup distraction and can concentrate more on getting top 4, so it's a blessing in disguise"

But neither did we deserve to win those games because the teams we played against played well. All those teams were statistically better than us those games and deserved to win. Our worst performances are when we dominate a game and don't get the win.

We are going to lose games occasionally and I don't have any issue when we are beaten fair and square. When we dominate a game, and lose, that is when I start getting suspicious. There was no way Blackburn could live with us skill-wise. Unless they fouled us, we were running past them all day. Use your eyes man!

Nope. I am annoyed that he felt the need to have a dig at Henry's statue when it has **** all to do with anything.

and he is a chip off the same ****-block as you :)

Just worth a mention, but Everton are going full strength for the Oldham game. Shows where Moyes priorities lie.

I think 4th, maybe 3rd is still possible, but I'd take Moyes too.

Some of the arguing on here is more pathetic than Chamberlain's crossing

Your last bad point completely negates and makes a mockery of the one and only good point....ie we won't win UCL anyway so what use is there in resting players/not risking injury?!

  11. If - and agree it is still an if - you don't win the CL or otherwise qualify for the comp next year - what chance is there of Wilshere still being around to drive the rebuilding process?? Just a thought, seeing as you appear to pinning your future on him......

People seem to forget how arsenal work, the board will not sack wenger, he will only leave when he has decided himself that he has had enough, and I am 99% sure that the board will ask wenger to identify his replacement. So all this talk of who we should get is pointless, as it will be someone that wenger recommends, so people should be thinking about who wenger has praised or worked closely in the past if they want an idea of who may be our next manager if wenger decides that he has had enough.

Actually old fruit, we are pinning our future on the lift in morale everyone gets when they walk past Henry's statue.

Our last four domestic cup exits

    2011-12

League Cup - Arsenal 0-1 Manchester City: The season where we had RVP and **** all else upfront so had to rely on the great pairing of Chamakh and Park upfront, no surprise that both those clowns failed and we went out.

FA Cup - Sunderland: Horror performance in which we did not create a SINGLE chance. At the time, I thought it could not get worse, but Blackburn and Bradford were yet to come.

    2012-13

League Cup - Bradford: From the Gervinho miss to Thomas Vermaelen being bullied by a League two forward. It had it all. Another cowardly exit.

and we finally we have today's performance. So, that's eight years without a trophy.

You like using the world almost a lot, is it because you can relate to this word a lot?

You almost had the girl, but then she went with someone else.

Or you were almost about to ejaculate (to gay midget porn), but then you shot blanks again and nothing happened, and you were left to cry naked and all by yourself.

Forget Moyes, I'd take Pellegrini in a second. He guided Villareal to second in La Liga and the semis of the Champions League. Now he's got Malaga to 4th and the Champions League knockout phase. He's also worked with Cazorla and Monreal already. On the other hand, Moyes has spent his career at one club, has never managed in the Champions League, and could turn out to be a complete flop, or at best: another Wenger, cutting bargain deals for semi-good players and getting 4th every season.

He's risking injuries for a UCL last 16 game isn't he? Ridicolous...the relative team selections are not comparable...though I think we should've had a full strength side.
