get the OX on and get him to start ****ing running at their full back. Both Welbeck and Sanchez are coming inside and clogging up the midfield.

If there's one way to sum this half up, we've basically bended over, lifted our panties, and told them, go on **** us right in the ass.

Terrible half of football. Lazy flat and disinterested. We're in real trouble now having conceded that away goal.

I was remarking that we weren't playing well and that if they scored we would be in trouble and guess what... they scored... really poor.

Poor half after such a good start. We're playing way too slow and far too deep. When Cazorla is picking the ball up next to the CB's behind the centre circle in our own half you know something is wrong. Ozil has been poor. I'd sub him for Ox and push the whole team 10-15 yards further forward. The only trouble is that we need to try and get a goal, but we simply cannot concede again otherwise we have a mountain to climb in Monaco.

Gary Neville needs to stfu about ozil, it's all he's going on about. We get it, you don't like his body language. That doesn't change the fact he's been probably our best player since coming back from injury and has so far been involved in most of our best attacking bits of the game.

He's given it away a couple of times because he's the one trying to play the pass to open them up. If Welbeck and Sanchez would push out wider ozil would absolutely do I ate this game. Get oxo on for Welbeck and tell Sanchez to hug the touch line for the first fifteen minutes of the second half.

Sorry but Ozil has been utter dross, giving the ball away consistently and not creating anything. Wenger needs to get them reorganised and bring some more urgency. They've tried to cruise and paid the price.

I don't think ozil has been poor, he's given it away a couple of times but his movement has been good, finding space in there box to receive the ball from Gibbs and going long to get onto a Sanchez long ball. He has had some great passes, to Sanchez, giroud and a peach of a ball for bellerin. But we are clogging up his space, we need to spread wider and give him room to work his magic.

Maybe, but if that doesn't work then he needs to be subbed for a player that will run at defenders and pull their defence out of shape. He's looking too pedestrian for me at the moment.

Ozil has taken our most dangerous corner so far, played both bellerin and Gibbs in for two of our chances, set up Sanchez for his best opportunity, played Welbeck through early on and his passing with Cazorla has been good. But he doesn't have the space to consistently pull off the passes which means they are intercepting the ball too often.

For me it's Sanchez and Welbeck that need to pull there fingers out! They need to get wider and Sanchez needs to get involved. Monaco are happy keeping things compact and narrow so we need to force the width to make space in the middle.

I know its hindsight but we should have started Rosicky for the directness he brings as well as the drive and tempo. Theo and Oxo better be warming up because they might be needed soon. A draw wouldn't be disastrous but let's salvage a 2-1 (or more) win so we force them to attack us in France and cancel out the away goal

Probably right. Problem is the whole team seems a little disjointed at the moment. They really need to up their activity levels next half!

Sanchez has been very quiet today, needs to do more in the second half. If Welbeck doesn't add more width to the game early in the second half he's gotta come off for the ox or they, though they has the same tndancy to go inside.
