That goal we've conceded has actually pissed me off.

We've been comfortable all game, they've not had a whiff, we've totally dominated them from start to finish and then one silly mistake leads to a goal. Typical Arsenal really.

We need to learn how to keep clean sheets because we're not going to progress far in any competition if we continue conceding goals in this fashion.

It's a bigger issue than I thought it would be.

Good to get the win, bit annoyed about conceding those goals though.

4-2. With the last kick of the game. FFS.

I know this will sound like a stupid thing to complain about considering we won, but I'm seething at those 2 goals we've conceded.

We weren't troubled by them at all and then one mistake in the 80th minute leads to a goal, then we completely switch off on the right hand side and they get another right at the death.

I don't actually think they deserved to score at all, so the fact they've ended up getting two really highlights just how much of a ****show we are defensively.

It's really taken the gloss off what was a dominant display.

Weird goal conceded at the end.
Our defence does have a habit of just switching off. Holding and Lichsteiner both got caught out on several occasions just drifting out of position.

On the plus side I think we were pretty damn good for most of this game.
    Aubameyang was class.
    Mkhitarian was good.
Iwobi had a very good game.
Smith-Rowe and Guendouzi both looked good when they came on.

I agree. Was willing to let the first slide but the second was extremely poor to give away like that on the whistle. We still can't defend without Torreira it seems. Not good enough on the defensive front.

Yep bit worrying those two goals. Against a better team that will cost us the game. I like what I see going forward, but once again it's switching off at the back that costs us.

Hoping Emery gives the defenders a rocket for conceding those goals.

I really think with our leaky defence our best option in midfield is Torreira and Guendouzi in midfield.
Xhaka may be technically good, but he cant tackle and doesnt put the work in defensively.

Torreira can sit deep and ping balls forward while Guendouzi can start deep and carry the ball into dangerous areas. I think it will give the CB's more protection.

I hope Emery at least tries this combo.

One could argue that if they hadn't been 4-0 up, we probably wouldn't have conceded those goals, to be fair. I think we just went to sleep defensively. Hard to say for sure.

The defenders job should be to snuff out danger whatever the score. If they are switching off because we were 4-0 up, then Emery needs to beat that **** out of them.

It's amazing how exposed we were defensively as soon as Torreira came off.

Richarlison, Sigurdsson, Walcott, Bernard etc are going to have a field day if we defend like that on Sunday.

The amount of space in behind they'll be able to exploit...

Surely Iwobi is making a strong case to start. I would give a chance and sit Ramsey out.

Yep Iwobi has earned a start imo. I’d go with Torreira and Guendouzi to start against Everton too.

Iwobi has come on leaps and bounds this season. Definitely needs to start more often. Gave Chelsea a hard time as well.

Ramsey isn’t doing it for me so far this season, and I’m not the biggest Iwobble fan but he does deserve a chance, but would rather Miki played
