Absolute tripe! We never competed properly anywhere on the pitch, especially in midfield. You won the game for the combination of factors that I've already stated. Anything else you think you saw is wishful thinking, or outright fantasy, in some cases!
Ahem! May I please interject at this juncture to say, simply, that we remain third in the league? Just thought I'd remind our Gooner friends of that fact, lest they confuse having one great game against us with actually being better overall than us.
yes,and form does'nt count in nld 's so thier win does'nt make them better than us,in the long run it could do them bad not good
I said I'd be disappointed if we didn't win. We didn't win and I am disappointed. I don't know about "deserve" but I'd be lying if I said that I was expecting you Gooners to give me an easy time. You have not disappointed me, on that score Indeed, you have. We all know that you have the ability to hurt teams, you wouldn't be sitting in 4th if that wasn't the case. However, I'd like to think that we'd can both agree that your problem this season has been one of consistency of quality, and that you have failed, in that particular department.
'Arry claims the FA haven't contacted him about the England job, despite him making an enquiry. They would have done, but they couldn't understand what the text from N17 was saying, one FA offical describing it as 'like being written by a 2 year old' . . . please log in to view this image
I see from Szczesny that your only focus now is catching us for third. Odd behaviour for a 'big' club. Howver if, for the rest of the season, you play like you did on Sunday and we play like we did, you might just do it. On anything approaching normal form over the last few years, overhauling 7 points in 12 games is really unlikely, I think
