Phil Beard was also there with TF. Both looked worried.

Too negative today for me. I know that its a nervous time but think most fans like me like to think the lads are having a go at winning games.
It appeared that we set up for 0-0 and would probably got it bar the red card. Looks like no contact some say but the intent was clear. MH can bemoan the curse of reds that has hold over us but its very clear that attack isn't being used as a form of defence. His tactics and selection continues to baffle us all
I think he will be in charge for reading and if we do not play well and win he will be gone.

Both Granero & Mackie did have chances to grab goals late in the game. Can you imagine, in spite of everything, if we had somehow come away 2-1 winners, with just 10 men, Hughes would be the hero, TF beaming, pats on the back all round. I only dream. Cesar, with his fantastic performance, really deserved to be on winning side. No Rob Green smirks today.

Was so much less stressful watching the earlier Villa vs. Norwich game and now Man City vs. Swansea.

If we're gonna go what could be but didn't let's remember that Cazorla had a very good chance. Hughes will never be the hero. He just sub players that play in the same position, he doesn't use tactial changes.

That's the point i was thinking....Grenero should of scored and a draw would of been a fine result with a bit of pressure off Hughes.
And because of that Hughes will be given a few more games to get some points on board.

Felt that we (despite being poor) did just enough to edge out QPR, though you did have that flurry near the end. Arteta was offside though Granero should have gotten a 2nd yellow but I think you'll be fine. However Hughes is a sht manager and QPR need to sack him.

If we get 3 pts home to Reading, 1 pt at Stoke and 3 pts at home against Saints, MH will likely win a reprieve until the new year. Really 7 pts from these 3 games should/must be possible.
