If we could have only shown the kind of offensive capability of our last 5 mins for the rest of the game.

Its a managers job to control discipline and he doesnt do it. Weve had Cisse twice, Diakite twice and now Mbia all with laughable sendings off.

    Its Hughes fault.

Sorry Flyer cannot agree...indiscipline in structure and tactics, you can blame Hughes for ...but M'bia was so petulent, Mark Hughes cannot be blamed for such a brainless act.
    The goal seemed offside too

Tactics, Hughes didnt go there for a win, he went for a 0-0. We only had chances when we were 1-0 with 10 men. Imagine what we could have done if we started like that.

Arteta was offside.....but m'bia is a twat.....& consider the impact Mackie made from RB vs SWP....
finally......against a team like arsenal who flood the midfield we leave prob our most accomplished player on the bench for 90 mins and play the least effective player in English football.....that is Hughes responsibility

Do our players have brains. 10 sec till the end, we have a free kick and they're exchanging passes in the midfield. BTW Holiett is a ball hogger, has better options but he likes to everything on his own.

Good point, Giroud and Podolski were rubbish.

Respect to our players though, can't blame them, they played well. Even M'bia.

It's enough, change has to happen now.

We are being left with a montain to climb. Even if Hughes turns it round, unless that happens very soon (and lets face it, the signs are not really there) it wont be too long before the task of staying up is monumental.

So if a child constantly misbehaves without punishment, you blame the child and not the parent?

That's the last straw, get rid of Hughes now. This decision is clearly his fault. How can a manager not legislate for a player scoring from an offside position?

I don't usually join the SWP bashing but he was poor today and it was a strange decision to leave Jamie on the bench for so long, although I dont think sacking Hughes will be the solution I can help but think the pressure on TF might be too much now. He may get the next 2 games but he will need to win them both.

Flyer this is one of your make it up arguments isn't it? How exactly do you know they don't get fined for a sending off?

Really gutted I have to sit through another s*** week. Only a handful of chances, 30% possession isn't really having a go is it? Against an arsenal side who WERE there for the taking. Were we really there to cause an upset mr Hughes?
