    Adam Armstrong about to come on. I'm sure Pardew said he hadn't been playing him to protect him from occasions where the team were not functioning correctly. It's a bit like saying he hopes we see Ben Arfa fit and playing before the end of the season and then banning him. Constantly contradicts himself does Pards.
