Thiago managed to get himself injured in his brief cameo I know a lot of people don’t rate him and for his wages I doubt he’ll stay beyond this season but he’s been one of my fav signings. I just love watching him when he’s on form. A proper brilliant player and just hope he can come back to play a part in this season, help us win something and then go with head held high. I think 2 players I’ve been genuinely excited about because of their ability were both Thiago and Kewell, seems in a sucker for an injury prone player
Personally rather than not rate him i just thought many over rated him and only saw the good stuff and just ignored the no look passes etc .
Just think he oozed class and when you compare him on the ball to the others he played with can tell how much difference he makes. Those passes between the lines that he just makes and don’t look special, you compare it to Milner henderson Gini on the ball and none of them would do that.
Kewell is one of the few Liverpool players I really don't like. Too much diving, too little dedication. Screwed us in two Champions League finals with his antics.
Did anybody pass comment or complain when Klopp linked hands with his players and run to the crowed after a 2-2 draw at home?
Yes, considerably so as I remember. But I see the point has evaded you as much as it has Arteta and PINKIE. Where have you been btw? Things alright?
In hospital but ok now thanks. What point are we all missing? That a team who have just made 3 points up on the league leaders shouldn't celebrate it in case it upset the losers.
Good. Ok - a couple of points. Personally, I don't care how much Arsenal celebrate their win (rumour has it they're out there still...) - they can have an open-top bus parade for all I care. I care about my team and we were shocking. Secondly, as you may know I rarely watch match build-up, half time or post match analyses so all of this came to me after the event. The criticism was not that they celebrated, nor the extent of that celebration, but the manner of it. It was Arteta's pale imitation of Klopp's fist-pumping celebration that caused embarrassment amongst watchers - including the exalted Gary Neville, btw. Captain Black's "it's ok to celebrate" whine just demonstrates that he misses the point, as does anyone quoting him. I hope that's cleared up my point - I'm off to bed now.
Like Arteta, I couldn't give a monkey's what Liverpool fans or Jamieeeeeee Carragher think about Arteta's celebrations. There's the actual point. Amazing that it's still bothering you lot a week later though
