Wenger is still going to be Arsenal manager as long as he's the one who decides who the club hires and fires, just like Arsenal are still going to underspend in transfer windows as long as Wenger gets a cut of the transfer profits
Arsenal really wanted to keep Liverpool at bay, that was why in the first half the were very cautious. They only came to play in the second half.
