Could be if they want some experience in there. Id say would be a great chance to have a big powerful CF to bully them and win every cross...
Cech Bellarin chambers monreal gibbs Coquelin xhaka Ramsey ox walcott Sanchez Or some such Kosceilny might suddenly rise from dead... or giroud. A midfueld or ramsey coquelin and xahaka might be quite good. They might go 433 for all i know.
Ha! The problem with that is Benteke rarely gets into the box and hasn't physically dominated anyone since joining Liverpool (I can think of one powerful header infront the Kop in the whole of last season?)
You couldn't really have asked for a much harder start than Arsenal could you? Your pre season results were so inconsistent and it's impossible to predict just what Liverpool will do from one match to the next unlike in the Shankly/Paisley eras. I'm just going to watch this match with interest. If Arsenal win a good season will come for them I think as it will if you win. Lose and it won't be as bad for you as it will be for Arsenal for the season if they lose. Draw and I just don't know. This match is a good barometer for you both.
Considering they've only won 1 of their last 6 opening fixtures history suggests that Arsenal might actually be an easier fixture compared to other teams!
Obviously results over a year apart shouldn't have any bearing on this one but it does seem to suggest that Arsenal come into the season a little under-cooked and don't get out of the blocks as quickly as other teams do.
I think it often depends on how a team finished the previous season whether the winning or losing momentum continues into the start of the next season. Arsenal finished last season inching into second place, could have a bearing.
I forgot that one. It's nigh on impossible for you to find coaches of that calibre now, I think you probably have the best of the rest now but whether he will bring you that sort of success again is anybody's guess.
Yeah, definitely. Interested to see Ibrahimovic and Mkhitaryan (if he comes off the bench) for Man Utd and Jordon Ibe on the Bournemouth side.
Mignolet, Clyne, Lovren, Klavan, Moreno, Wijnaldum, Henderson, Lallana, Coutinho, Mane, Firmino I think we have missed a trick there. Gone for Firmino up top with a tough away game, but Arsenal have issues at the back, our best striker Origi should be playing.
