Didn't pitck up at the time but Clyne arguably at fault for 2nd and 3rd goal there. Him & Lallana let Ox in way too easily between both of them then Clyne gave away cheap free kick.
Clyne and lallana were **** for their second but mingolet was muck too. 3rd goal from them was quality delivery.. just real quality. Cheap frees are cheap frees, they are not goals. It was a super ball.
Bit harsh on Mings there, the ball hit Lovren's foot and bounce up over his hand. Talking of Lovren, I had to laugh at the way he put his arms behind his back then turned his back (arms and all) towards the shot
I don't say it is, but to evaluate a player you have to weigh the pros and cons against each other and on balance he is way below the required standard. You won't ever find me gratuitously slagging off our own players, but you have to be realistic here - I'm worried that his lack of a football brain will undermine the good work done elsewhere.
Mane's was the one for me. On the touch line with no where to go and beats to men before firing in an unstoppable shot. All 4 were very pleasing to watch though
Klopp's #LFC covered 117.6km today, the most distance of any EPL team since camera tracking was introduced
That was brilliant - 'something out of nothing' springs to mind. But the build up for the third goal, the perfect cross from Clyne and the crisp finish from Coutinho...
I'm very happy with the 3 points and looking to burnley game now. If we can get another 3 next week we will be really well set up for the 3 hard Games coming. Tottenham will be tough. Then the first home game with leicester Then Chelsea. Those 3 are as tough as anyone needs to see early on. Great 3 points but we have to improve on the defensive aspecfs
Although I agree they shouldn't be making themselves smaller (by putting their arms behind their back), I'm not sure how you come to the conclusion that it's a "pussy" approach. With their hands behind their back, their face and bollocks are fully exposed. Turning your back is pussy defending though. Maybe that's the bit you meant?
