Good half of football from both sides. We've been the better side after a nervy first 15 minutes. Llorente is fantastic tonight. Roberts has done well and covered some ground. We are playing well and need to convert that in to a goal. If Rodrigo keeps turning White and Co around its just a matter of time until we find him. His hold up play has been terrible though. James looks great when we leave him up top on his own when we look to break. Harrison looks back to his best. Dramah looks like he is settling but it might take a few games for him to deal with the big stadiums. He looks a bit shell shocked at times. He has played a couple of lovely passes down his wing though. Forshaw is playing the Klich role very well. You can see a bit of rustiness in his passing but he is certainly pulling defenders around. Promising. Struijk has also settled as the game wore on. Pepe and Eddie look dangerous for Arsenal and Rodrigo and Roberts are that concerned about Ben White breaking out they have just let Holding wander through unopposed. Good game all round.
Yet again both wings fire blanks, lots of running from Rodrigo lots of no passing from either side both wingers opting for wrong decisions constantly. Drameh settling in now but he is ready to bomb on but not getting the ball
Really? I thought Harrison has put some lovely crosses in. Forced the keeper in to a save too. James has made a bad decision when we were 3 vs 2 but the defenders did well to position themselves. His first touch has let him down twice but I like the way he has picked up the ball from Arsenal's attacks and driven at the heart of them. His pace whilst carrying the ball will give us loads of overloads in future. The defence literally cannot get back quickly enough. The Scum fans all said that he is great until he has a decision to make. So far it looks like they are right.
So a player gets cramp because he’s unfit and the ref stops the game ffs the standard of refereeing is absolutely fkg sh1te
Very disappointing two silly goals to give away. They’ve been the better second half but we could have been 2-0 up. Arteta tweaked their formation at HT and they’ve stifled us, we’re kicking it long from the back too often this half. Drameh has been good, I’ve not been impressed with Rodrigo, Forshaw was better than Klich but that could also be down to the Arsenal changes. Let’s get a goal now and give them a scary last ten minutes
