Ill say it now, don't think Chez long term is good enough to be our number 1, he's a good gk, but common, he's nowhere near Seamen, Lehmann, and many of the top current world class GK's. He has good shot stopping, but nearly every time he gets into a real test he ends up ****ing up. Having said that, f** the ref, sends our man off, but not Melo, c**t.
Galatasary have been so generous tonight, first up they give us ample offensive practice, now they're giving us some defensive practice ahead of Sunday. Cheers guys.
Not like I've been saying for years he's an attention whore (last thing you need a goalkeeper to be) who hasn't improved even the slightest bit on his weak points (none of which are physical), which for me now means he most likely never will. At least with a 4 goal cushion it's a good game to give a chance for Ospina to displace him. I already saw an improvement there, he cleared the ball when they had men near instead of opting on a short pass that puts our defender in pressure. Refreshing.
Ospina's been solid and smart so far, taking his time with kicks, letting our players get up the field, instead of rushing a short ball to a defender.
Aside from Flamini who has been invisible and Sczezney who got sent off. We've played pretty well tonight.
I don't like to criticize Ozil, but sometimes not shooting is selfish. If you have the better chance take it, don't pass it along to the player in a worse position.
