Afternoon all,

Desperate for 2 Arsenal tickets, keep checking online however they are only available to Season Card Holders which I had to cancel due to work commitments.

I know its a long shot but is anyone able to get them and will bank transfer?

I can usually help but I'm about 40 short of what I've been asked for.

I let an elderly couple have my own tickets and am currently holding two in the home section.

If I manage to get some away tickets these home tickets will be available.

I'd say, at the moment, there's around 800 Sunderland with home tickets.

I've just booked my hotel, opposite the stadium, so will be there after tickets from early on.

If you're there, on the day, pm me and I'll do my best, as always.

We’ve sold around 5300 iirc. It’s unbelievable the amount of people I’ve seen looking for spares. To sell out 4 days before Christmas live on sky for a night game without making general sale is absolute class. We could’ve sold 9000+ for this game imho

Sadly, at that time of year, there'll be more tourists in the home section than they've given us.

I was in the queue for home tickets, before the Dick Advocaat relegation escape game, and was the only English person among hundreds.

Few of those people could even speak English ...

... sad state of football but we're stuck with it.

5300 is astonishing really, but Omicron may unfortunately put the mockers on this game if the PL clubs positive numbers keep rising.
I'd love to have been at this game, the Emirates is my favourite PL stadium, but circumstances prevented it. Fingers crossed.

That's my fear.

I now have my ticket, hotel, day off and transport sorted ...

... all I need to complete the set is a f**k**g football match!

I also have a room with two beds, in a hotel next to the ground, you can have free.

Mrs Smug isn't 100% so I'm going straight home, fro. Visiting Mansfield, and may end up not going.

No apologies needed mate, I'm just pleased everyone was sorted.

I was helped for this game, by people on here, and was happy to help others in return.

Getting to matches, helping each other with tickets and having a few beers together ...

... the true spirit of Christmas <cheers>
