It's interesting because I predicted 3rd, Dave 4th, and omogooner 5th. I think our final league position will decide it. Dave is probably favorite to win.
Yep, he also predicted our correct position at Christmas (fourth), so stands to gain an extra five points if as he predicted, we finish fourth at the end of the season.
The word massive is often over-used in football speak. They however don't get any closer than this, unless of course you are fighting for the title. This (4th spot) is our championship and this is one of the biggest games in Wigan's history since they got promoted. They have to win, or they are down, a point will do either teams no favours, we will not be mathematically out of finishing 4th if we lose. I reckon for that reason, Wigan really will want it more, their premeirship lives depends on a win. I just hope our boys turn up tonight, this game is like a final, where a winner takes all, I know we have flufffed our lines in big games lately.
