Wenger doesn't have every single employee report directly to him, there isn't just a completely flat management structure at the club. You are oversimplifying everything by suggesting because wenger is in charge it is entirely his fault if someone who works at the club ****s something up.
Yeah he might not be in charge of marketing or advertising or care much about how they're run on a day to day basis. But he is the overseer of training, coaching, tactics, fitness etc. I'm not arguing it's definitely his fault. I'm saying you can't rule out that it could be.
I'm not ruling out that he could be partly to blame depending on what the causes are. But I'm ruling out entirely blaming wenger as it's a lazy option and almost certainly not true given how many people and how many factors have potential to influence injuries and the club in general.
We'll see pretty fast when Wenger leaves. Bring in some proper conditioning training and you'll see what a difference it makes.
I imagine there'll be so many changes happening at the club when Wenger leaves that it'll be difficult to pick out what change cause what improvement/declines or even to clearly identify the improvements/declines clearly (as opposed to just seeing a mass decrease/increase)
Apparently Rosicky may be out now as well! http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...ry-updates-on-arsenal-stars-status-and-return
I suppose that's why he's the captain of the Czech side - he'll just take whatever they throw at him!
