I am asking the busier boards on Not606 which teams they would like to see relegated from the Premier League this season! Leeds seem to be 'one of those sides' that other fans love to hate, though that seemed to change when they won promotion in 2020. Which teams from the top flight would you like to see relegated this season? https://www.not606.com/threads/would-you-like-to-see-leeds-relegated.400449/
I don’t think there’s a team I’d “like to see relegated”… unless it’s city or Chelsea. For what it’s worth the way I see it is: leeds will beat Brighton, and get 1/2 points from Chelsea and brentford Everton have some winnable games - palace at home Leicester away, brentford at home, watford away - so I think they will do enough now to stay up. burnleys loss today could really cost them. I think they will lose to villa away, lose to spurs away and draw Newcastle at home. meaning I think Burnley will now go down. BUT I think this is all on you winning your home game against Brighton. If you don’t win that, I think you’ll go down.
Why is the Arsenal board not busy? Whenever I come back it seems very quiet now. Has been that way for years. As for the relegated teams it seemed the right teams went down this year. I am glad Leeds stayed up over Burnley and Norwich and Watford were really poor.
Yeah I hate Tottenham because their fans are obsessed with us but... I wouldn't wanna see them get relegated. Chelsea are probably the only big side I would be happy to see go down.
the board has been quiet since posters left due to the division over Wenger In/Out - there was some ill judged comments made (imo) and there was also some posters banned permanently. because the club had been in decline and changes of managers there wasn’t much positivity about. Even though we are clearly improving under Arteta and he is trying to rebuild the club there are still plenty of doubters who turn in to ArtetaOuts as soon as we lose a game. I am hoping that posters will return once they realise that we are on the path to being back where we belong - that may still take some time as we don’t have an oil country backing us, but I live in hope
I do remember everyone getting banned by the moderators at the time, who seemed to be always be part of the arguments themselves. It's a shame because the layout of the forum is good and very easy to use.
From what I understand, many Arsenal fans at the moment tend to use Arsenal-only forums. ArsenalMania seems to be the most popular one. I don’t think it’s entirely uncommon for this to happen. Even though the Not606 Spurs board is pretty active and has a lot of posters, I think it’s fair to say their Spurs-specific forum “The Fighting Cock” is where the large majority of them seem to interact. Generally though, I think ever since the original BBC 606 page got disbanded, people have ended up migrating onto online communities that are concerned with their team of choice, as opposed to multi-team forums.
Nobody got banned. There was a big Wenger in/out divide and lots of arguments, including with the moderators. As a result those who didn't like the people backing Wenger decided to **** off and start their own forum. They weren't banned.
I think Hiag wanted us to believe it was him using a sock account but he couldn’t show up when it mattered and was shown to talk bollocks - like everything else he posted about. he was a clown but funny, sad ending for him really
I remember it it being quite busy. I thought a moderator banned many people and then many more left. I must have been mistaken. It would be nice if it got busy again especially on match days.
It was busy. There was a big split between the Wenger in/out crew and lots of arguments. As a result a whole group of Wenger out members decided to leave and form their own forum. None of them were banned from here. It would be good to see it get busy again here.
