Well, Chuckles, I'll tell you what! I'd take finishing 5th every season all day long over what us Spurs fans were forced to endure, season in and season out, prior to Martin Jol taking over.

What has been instilled into the team is consistency. Even if we don't finish 4th this season, we have consistently battled for 4th (or higher) over several seasons, now. Rome wasn't built in a day. I'd rather consistently finish in the top 5 than do a Blackburn, and have one league title win, only to disappear into obscurity.

As for AFC, you've got to be worried, I don't care what you say. All your top players want out. Something is rotten at the heart of your club. I might have been wrong this season about you spiraling down the league, but don't tell me that it isn't something that eats at you, if only on the periphery of your darkest thoughts.
