Now that was a class day out (every part of it) I remember having discusions about being happy if we loose 2-0 and just to put a good performanc in,and people predicting a cricket score, but we all know what happened don't we? It is up there with the very best City life time experiences including Wembley and we scored all three goals :) <cheers>

I had the same reaction from all my non City supporting mates. Infact they all put bets on us being demolished and came to the pub to watch it with me just to take the piss on the off chance we got pasted. But of course our boys hadn't read the script and put Arsene's shandy drinking ****s to shame.

Most of the pub was pretty pissed off even before the match was up. I remember some screaming at the telly, and being pissed off as i sat there in my City shirt grinning like a cheshire cat. My mates got sick of me talking about it afterwards. Pitty it didn't last but that's City for you.

I was in The Queens Hotel on Queens Road. When Geo's goal went in, the pub erupted.

I've never, never, seen so many Yorkshiremen spill so much beer and not give a fook. Came out of the pub and Prinny Ave/Queens Road was full of black-and-amber and cheering.
