He won't be on big money. It's actually quite sensible and might be the first step to getting their finances finally in order.
He wouldve accepted a 2 year contract though, possibly a 1. I cant see them needing to tie him down to beat off competition elsewhere.
I've heard from a DQPR fan that they reckon he's doing an alright job and starting to build team spirit and togetherness.
You watch, he'll introduce a few youngsters into the first team, get QPR back in the PL at the first attempt and before you know it touted as the next England manager...
It says Head Coach though, not Manager. Apparently he is highly regarded as a coach. So looks like he will be coaching whoever others decide to bring in. Of course he will be the one to get the chop if it goes wrong. Managers as we knew them are a dying breed.
