Do you think it might be the final straw if Moyes has to watch his best players leave once again this summer? After ten years it must get depressing seeing others enjoy the fruits of your labour so to speak.

It'll be a shame because yet again he's got the team up there fighting. I think I'd say enough after a while.

We've only really lost Rooney, Lescott and Arteta from the top of my head (and Pienaar) and he constantly backs Kenwright so it's his own fault for not putting enough pressure on the chairman.
haha doubt we'd even approach him, probably be a championship manager or Alan Stubbs, Steev Round, Mark Hughes.

I know your question was aimed at Shogun frank but Moyes has done a great job and brought some good kids through the ranks, you're probably right about the ten years point.

If as expected(by the bookies)he's offered the job it'll cabbage his head, comfort at Goodison or a move to a similar sized club with money to spend.

Dont think he's suited to the bright lights and the media attention meself but you never know.

Dont do yourself down mate,Everton is still a job with clout and Mark Hughes wouldn't be a bad shout(dont go for 'Arry though.).

Slaven Bilic would have been a good shout(an ex blue)with managerial experience, but didn't he get a new job only last week?

Moyes would do ****e at Spurs. His functional football would not go down well at Tottenham who have always viewed themselves as this flashy attacking outfit with loads of star names, much like Newcastle did before it all went to ****.

Moyes would go there and sign hard working players instead of your flair ones and that wouldn't be well received there, he'd be hounded out around December by the London media, particularly Redknapp fans who will be waiting for every chance to criticise the decision to sack Redknapp.

The bonus is if Moyes goes to Spurs then the blueshite really will be in the ****. Who would actually take the job under the current restrictions on the transfer and wage budget? Not many big managers I suspect. The likes of Owen Coyle, Alex McLeish would be the ones Everton would be aiming at, and it could be a disaster for them.

As for Redknapp I suspect he will go to one of the Arab clubs then retire.

As if we care what you call us <ok> You're up **** creek without a paddle now, sacked the fella who got you 4th, 5th then 4th (a miracle for Spurs) <laugh> although I think Moyes might have had enough of seeing many of his best players sold at Everton I also think he (or any other manager) would have to be a mentalist to follow 'Arry into that job. Back to mediocrity for you lot now, can see all your stars following him out the door at some speed <whistle>

<laugh> Remember how well things went when they sacked the last manager to get them challenging for the champions league spots (Martin Jol). Juande Ramos was unbelievable inept. Spurs and their fans have delusions of grandeur, so its no surprise to see them thinking they'll get more than what Redknapp's given them in the last couple of years.

I don't know what all the fuss is about tbh. If I admitted I write like a 3yr old and couldn't use a computer I would be sacked as well! :)

    Whelan must like Spurs.

"If Tottenham come to me and ask to speak to him, I have to say the answer is yes. It always is," said Whelan.
    "You cannot stop managers moving."
