Aarons has played 23 times for Bournemouth in a season and a half. I would hardly call that continually playing for.
He was a regular but then suffered 2 injuries covering 15 games. He is now going on loan to a big Club in La Liga. All at a far higher level than our Club.
He has hardly continued on the trajectory that many people thought, he was destined for a top 6 side. Similar with Godfrey an Cantwell
Perhaps my feelings are not in line with the ' many people ' who thought they were destined for the top 6 sides. IMO Godfrey was not good enough in the air and Aarons was not good enough defensively to make the top 6 and along those lines Everton used Godfrey at FB quite a lot and Bournemouth moved Aarons into midfield. Cantwell, in my view, was a complete waste of space especially without Buendia to carry him. I am equally amazed at the current form of Murphy. Maddison is the only one I thought would reach the top although he now seems to have lost his way at Spurs.
City have reached a breakthrough after agreeing a fee for Slavia Prague Winger Matej Jurasek. They have struck a E7m (£5.8m) agreement to bring the player to Norfolk. The fee includes add-ons and performance related bonuses. Attention now turns to Personal terms and a medical. He is a left footer who plays on the right. Could he fill the gap left by the banned Sainz if he signs?
He could certainly cover for Sainz but at nearly £6m he must be more than that including, possibly, a replacement for the sale of Sainz.
I believe he is intended as the right wing replacement that we have been missing, with Dobbin brought in as cover for Sainz
That's what I understood as well, Suffolk, but Dobbin can play anywhere across the front. He was moved alongside Hernandez as a striker at the end against Coventry. Jurasek can play on either wing, but favours the right in an inverted role.

Probably around £4.5m, similar to what we paid for Forson (£4m), but I'm not sure whether that included bonuses. Jurasek is valued at €7m on TransferMarkt - that would normally at least double when when a 21 year old is transferred. By comparison, Crnac was valued at €2.5m when we signed him for £8.5m.
