It'll be interesting to hear what Depp's former partners have to say about him. He's never been accused of anything like this before, I believe, so either that relationship with Heard was a case of two people getting together who ended up being really destructive for each other, something in him flipped out in that time with her and he lost it, or something's off. He's essentially denying all allegations of abuse whilst also admitting that his behaviour was fairly repulsive, but not abusive. Some of the stuff I read, text messages and stuff sent around, I mean they were disgusting but you have to laugh at some of it. I'm sure it's making plenty of people who thought they have/had it bad in their relationship situation realise that there are depths they're yet to explore ...
I'm not understanding the point of this Depp case. Yesterdays news was todays chip papers, is it really worth losing a load of money over to shyster lawyers. The Sun of all newpapers fffs! I didn't even know anything about it, until this High Court shhite started, this is the problem when you got too much money, ego's.
Part of me is wondering how much of this is just contrived and some sort of stunt to enhance their own reputations, weird as that sounds and as unlikely as it may be
It’s costing him way more than he’s ever going to be awarded in damages even if he wins, so his motives for this action are imho all about trying to clear his name. Albeit the original aim looks at the minute to have been severely misjudged. My personal opinion on this case, has always been that they were in a toxic relationship but she claimed the moral high ground and tried to ruin him out of malice.
