He knows there are countries outside of the US and roughly where they are. That's too much knowledge for your average yank. As for Cornwall, there is a seperatist movement there. When Scotland was devolved they were banging on about wanting it as well.
And Americans get pissed off when you call them yanks Been in that position where I was told yanks are New Yorkers and not Americans. So I now call them red necks
They even have theoir own flag and you see it all over the place down there. Stunning place to visit though.
Devon also has it's own flag I think every county does in fact, they're just not as known as much as the cornish one.
According to Rebel if you don't type the language you can't speak it Not that 80% of the UK can or anything, just sayin' ya know?
update God you are selective about what you respond to. Despite being a province of England for 800 years, being given a regional parliament 10 years ago may make Wales a 'country' in name but it is still effectively just another province of England. My 'insane rant' is just a responce to blind stupid insults, that you easilly give in lieu of serious discussion. Take yourself down to a lake and throw yourself in, please. GOODBYE. Wales is a country FACT. Cornwall is not a country FACT. You really are thick. American probably. It's not your fault though, the only thing you learn in American schools is American history.
I must admit when i posted I was waiting for that comeback As you say though the Cornish one is much better known as they like to fly it whereas you wouldnt, for example, see middlesex flags hanging all over the place..............
Tis indeed a beautiful place but did you notice all the locals look very much alike. <inbreadbanjoplayingcountry>
Lancaster and Yorkshire had their own war and they dont look for independence Cornwall sticks out because like Scotland Ireland and Wales they were Celtic people...the English were more Saxon and Norman....which means you're all decended from the FRENCH....
Lancashire's is pretty well known: please log in to view this image As is Merseyside's: please log in to view this image
