Well, looks like my mam and dad are following us home and yet again I am after advice from the lovely people on here.

Any suggestions on nice areas for a 74 and 70 year old ex Seaham and Penshaw couple, 2 bedroom house a £150,000 budget and good transport links to sunderland?

They have been looking at Waldridge, but looks like you have to wait for someone to die before a house is available?
