West Ham or Stoke...wish I had a crystal ball and knew which teams will be in the mix at the end of the season. Neither of these probably, so purely for a short term benefit I will go for a Stoke loss.
West Ham and Stoke will both stay up comfortably. So just sit back and enjoy what will be a festival of attacking flair and one touch passing on display at The Boleyn tonight.
What do you mean? Two attacking passing sides, head to head. Game of the season. El Classico?.........PFFFFFFFFFT.
In your dreams mate.....Attacking passing sides....oh brother it must be April the 1st. Head to head is about right though...hoof from them to you ....hoof back again. The guys in midfield can take the day off.
Fresh from watching so much tennis this year people's necks will be just about strong enough to watch this. Sky territory stats at full time 48% 2% 48% (The 2% will be form kick offs.)
Lol. I will cheekily suggest that I had forgotten to point out that 2% was above radar. lol..DOH. And I can spell incredibly well. Just can't type very well. lol
I am more than a little late late on this thread, but how does the wage structure correlate with league position. I think you just need to ask QPR fans that question! Also Trixter, not really keeping up with the Hammers results as it doesn't really interest me, but how many off the teams in the top half have you played yet? We have played well against the Manchester clubs, and against Fulham and Swansea we were the better side and should have won. I really think the results are unfair against us, and when we get the defence sorted we will surprise quite a few teams. Finishing above relegation was all I wanted at the start of the season and it still remains the same.
It doesn't always. The discussion began because someone questioned the way we run our finances because we have a high wage bill. I basically responded by saying I am happy to have a higher wage bill as long as our league position reflects that, which at the moment, you have to say it does. I read that we have the 11th highest wage bill in the premier league. I don't think that is unreasonable for where we are aiming to finish this season. You are right though, QPR are a mess and that is a situation where the wage bill is unacceptable given where the team sit in the table. I accept our fixtures have been easier than yours. I have also admitted several times that you will close the gap considerably between now and New Year's Day. Having said that, we have just taken 4 points from man city and Newcastle away so we won't be rolling over for anyone during our tricky spell. This thread was only ever a bit of fun in response to all the HOOOOF ridicule. I don't for one minute think we will finish 6th this season but we will enjoy it for now. By the way, I still haven't congratulated you on your fine win at the weekend. Believe it or not I was well pleased with the result and I hope that's the turning point for you boys.
Cheers trixter. I'll be cheering on the Hammers tonight! Seeking some advice though; shall I shove some money on them? Are you confident of a win tonight?
