I pretty much only eat chicken, rice and veg 6 days a week. I eat a lot of it though, I'd say on a usual day I'd eat 5 chicken breasts. I only drink water on these days apart from the occasional protein shake if in a rush. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and play football 3 times as well (5 aside, 8 aside and 11 aside)

On my day off I drink about 15 pints of cider and eat £50 worth of takeaway, and probably smash a gram as well. I think all in all I am balancing out my one day of enjoyment with the other 6

Yeah I know loads of food dorks because of the business I'm in. There was a bloke who was doing his own jerky but think his business folded (probably because he was using feef made from acorns or something)

But yeah, I get really good access to quality grub. Living by the sea too it's really easy to get fresh fish. My veggies are grown by my mate on his farm and when I do buy pork, beef, lamb etc I get it from a bloke whose animals are pasture fed out on the cliffs near me. I can get raw milk too that hasn't been pasturised.

Mentioned it the other day on here, but a good source of meat is from wild game. Stuff like Venison, Pheasant, Rabbit, Woodcock etc. It's all wild, organic and lean meat that doesn't have any ****/chemicals and if it's an issue for people, the ethical side of it is pretty good (apart from the bit when Bambi has his head blown off by a groundskeeper)

Omega 3 and cannabis is linked. The fatty acids from Omega 3 turn into cannabinoids and obviously cannabinoids (parts of the cannabis plant) ha email great anti-inflammatory properties as well as huge benefits like supporting our immune system and regulating homeostasis. It also provides all the amino acids that our body can't produce on its own.

Putting tobacco in your joint isn't really going to help and you only get about 15% of the medicinal benefit that way. It's best to extract the cannabinoids from the plant, put it in a capsule and bang it up your arse. You'll get about 75% of the medicinal benefit that way.

I get venison mince from my mate, makes a wonderful Spag Bol. Pheasant is nice too, like a leaner and tastier version of chicken.

    Free the weed.

It has a long way to go before it can be distibuted as widely and as safely as omega 3, that’s the point I was making there.

I’d much rather have a nice chocolate shake than ram something in my arse 3 times a day btw.

Best I ever had was Caribou in Le Crocodile in Vancouver.

I try to eat as natural a diet as possible, and largely live on what I can forage by the roadside. I drool uncontrollably if I see anyone over 50 buying a motorbike. :emoticon-0110-tongu

One bottle of wine a day, keeps the dreams away.

Other than that, microwaving my balls keeps them at a decent temperature.

Spitting on vegetables in the supermarket is my favourite past time.
