You really are not understanding what I was trying to put across are you? If you was born in Spain and lived in Spain you would be Spanish, of course your not going to change your nationality by visiting that country, thats called holidaying. Now if Mr and Mrs from Pakistan moved to Britain to live, and had a baby and that baby that was born in Britain and lived with mummy and daddy in Britain, He would be British, and could legally hold a British passport.
