Looking at Cardiff are you glad we didn't progress in any of the cups? i was one of the people who said they didn't really care about the cups until we are promoted,the league is everything for us this year!!!

Do you think Cardiff fans are happy now knowing that they got to Wembley without winning anything but now find themselves 11 points from the autos when before their cup run they were only around 2 - 4 points off!

So glad we got knocked out early!!!
 
The only reason i remotely cared about the cup this season was that it gave our younger players a run out and got our injured players just returning a game to get match fitness. After seeing what has happened to Cardiff i am glad we didn't get to play one of the big teams. Yes it's one good game to watch but if we get promoted then we will be having those games every week.
 
I'm still disappointed, we could have beaten Bolton. Cardiff might have had a dip in form anyway, there's no way to know if the two things are related.
 
Very happy we got knocked out. Cup runs are generally best if you're a mid-table team (to give you something to stay interested in) or a team struggling down the bottom (to take your attention away from losing each week, and maybe even instill some confidence and belief which you can then take into the league with you). But at the top end of the table, I think they're generally more hassle than they're worth.
