Love your optimism Joe, But the 'something will come up and we'll be safe' will be something a lot of Fulham and Wigan fans will have installed over the years and eventually they went. Ah a buddleia bush bint, flowers in the summer, can be a bit overgrown but controlled looks quite nice..
