Why do I need to look at the stats again? Just before you got the goal you'd only had 1 shot on target in the whole game, so what I've said isn't factually incorrect is it?
Was the referees fault against Man Utd as well wasn't it? Always the referee when you dont get the 3pts
My wife is an avid Liverpool fan and the one thing she kept saying was how the ref was siding with your lot after the sending off. Forgetting Toite how Cabbye? Stayed on the pitch was beyond me.
How they can claim to be unlucky and complain about referees is hilarious. Takes my mind completely off how rubbish we are. Hahaha.
He did not kick him, he caught him with his knee, Shola was leaning into the ball, never a sending off, debatable yellow perhaps. Tiote has had a red coming this season, I have seen other players sent off for similar challenges - I'm surprised the toon fans are protesting his innocence when I'm being told their manager has just agreed it was a red on Sky. I don't believe you will find many of us celebrating this result - to many key players not in form, MON needs to do something.
Ref wasn't to be blame today, I don't think he was very good to be fair, he got a few blatant corners for both teams given as goal kicks wrong, he also gave some strange free kicks (Jonas' dive near the end being one). He was poor but not necessarily in the favour of any one team.
I haven't seen anyone denying it was red tbf, it was stupid reckless tackle and was easily worthy of a straight red.
http://www1.skysports.com/football/live/match/267531/report Go to the stats at the bottom of the page fella. Sunderland = 1 shot on target.
Come on mate you know as we'll as I do that means diddly as the shots off target/crosses and possible goal attempts is a better reflection. Look I'll give your lot the credit they are due as you defended brilliantly with pardrew's biggest mistake in taking off Coll?
You're right shots on target can be misleading as hitting the post etc doesn't get included. I just didn't actually feel worried at all watching the game (in hindsight i should have been because you did score) but Krul wasn't worked at all and other than the Saha chance I don't remember much else. It depends about taking Colo off, if he was feeling the heat (it was his first game back) then he had no choice, but Colo didn't look like he wanted to come off to me. I thought Rose was your best player by far (minus the slip for our goal).
JESUS HAWAY we couldn't play because of your constant fouling, count the cards, and the ones you got away with, i thougt Arfa was playing American footy, should be made to play with his hands sewn in pockets, and Williamson last man foul on the brake but not sent off. having said that Colo was outstanding and Perchy played well
The one decision that really got to me surprisingly wasn't the red card, it was when Cabaye slid in near the corner, Johnson beat him, beat another man, crossed it in, ref waited to see who got the ball, we cleared, then he pulled it back for the free kick. Advantage was well over.
Not really, I have picked out one bad decision that annoyed me, haven't commented on the ref's overall performance. But then you always have been one thic, senile old ****** so I guess that's too hard for you to comprehend.
For those saying Larsson's wasnt a red: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/A5vomNdCIAAIxZ9.jpg Also a blatant red (just as Tiote's was).
