Apparently he wants the premiership tv money split depending on how much debt a club has. The ones in more debt get the larger share of the pie.
I know it is stupid but something else will come out soon. I reckon the ESL thing is nailed on to happen in the next couple of years.
Agree. The dirty 6 will stamp their feet and cry and use us staying within the FFP rules as a catalyst to break away. I'd have no problem with those snakes ****ing off.
By the time it comes to a proper vote I can see us saying fine but it has to be retrospective or legal action, meaning other clubs need to find new sponsors. At this point I can see Man City, Leicester, Everton, Chelsea, Aston Villa and Wolves as a minimum realising they can't afford to do this and voting with us defeating it.
Our true hatred won't kick in until we start making progress. This is mild compared to the tears to come.
The hatred didn't bother me. But national newspapers trying to effectively bribe players in my eyes was a breach of the integrity of the sport, as usual the PL/FA did nothing.
It was a crappy ordeal what you went through and I'm not trying to compare the two clubs but we had national newspapers directly trying to influence our results as well as UEFA doing everything in their power to limit our prowess (the whole reason FFP came in was because of us). Even David Dein being decision maker in allowing us to be deducted points over the Ashley Cole saga when simultaneously chairman at Arsenal and an FA board member. That said, the actions of the big 6 are absolutely appalling and as a Chelsea fan I'm embarrassed we made such a callous move to try and clip the wings of NUFC, in my eyes its akin to crossing the moat then raising the drawbridge.
I think quite a few fans are going to need to take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror when they realise that Munse has become the voice of reason. Munse!! Let that fact sink in..........
I was always right even in the dark years. We can all hopefully enjoy the journey we're about to go on.
Our culture makes that inevitable. It's like seeing someone win the Euromillions - the first thing we tend to think is "that lucky _____"
Exactly.. The human brain makes it's decisions based on it's immediate emotional response and secondly seeks evidence to justify it.
I was always just been honest mate... What can I say you'll either love it or hate it, but I'll dig my heels in when I've made my decisions on matters. I'll also deliberately be a **** sometimes just because I'm bored. It makes me hard to read. It's all part of my mystique
