Selling our best player for 2.5 million is a joke,Marshie is worth at least 5 mill then I would not sell him ,does this club know what they are doing,we are becoming a laughing stock in the football world. Why don't they have a boot sale of players and get it over with, any offers will be accepted, and comes with a cuddly toy.<doh>

31 years old and on massive wages. The chance to sell him for big money is long gone. The post on the other board reckons it rises to £5m depending on appearances.

We'd be better off with an attacking player being our best player, the problem is I doubt the wages and fee will be used to make that happen.

Marshie is a good shot stopper, I always preferred Heaton myself thought he had a better all round game. As Steve said he's 31 going to Hull could be his last chance to play in the prem again, I don't think we should stop that.

Best keeper ive seen ever live. Best Cardiff keeper by a considerable distance.

The club is all about reducing the debt and costs. No chance of going up so they are selling.

Just hope we dont go down - im looking forward to playing Swansea next season.

I think we should thank him for his tremendous services bid him a fond farewell and just get on with things. The comings and goings have a familiar smell to them, we could be saying ta-rah to the championship and hello to D1. Been there done that one, cant see 2-4000 in this stadium when it happens. ICEBERG TIME GUYS

That just may be the case in 2 seasons time?

would have preferred to have kept Moore if we were going to sell marshall. Doesn't sound like joined up thinking! I did say in earlier posts I would be happy selling Marshall given we had moore. Don't know why Marshall would go to Hull though!

I didn't think he'd ever be sold but now that he has, I wish him all the best at Hull.

Interesting signing from Villa.

Just hope city get in a striker before the window shuts.

Last chance for a rendition of 'David Marshall why haven't you scored?'

Good luck to Marshie he has been a great player for the club and we have seen some wonderful saves from him.

I would have liked to have seen Moore given a chance to prove himself but let's get behind whoever is between the sticks. He will be well protected by our back line. Unless Mangas playing - oops shouldn't really say that!

So sorry to see Marshie leave. Has been a great and loyal player for us.

I don't know if Hennessey is injured or dropped but not in Palarse squad today. Marshie's replacement? You heard it here first. <whistle>
